The Esihenkilötyö ja työyhteisön johtaminen programme is intended for you if you work as a supervisor, team leader or specialist, or would like to take on supervisory or team leadership responsibilities in the future. The programme develops your ability to act as a people-oriented and goal-oriented supervisor and as a developer of the work community. The programme focuses on the basic practical skills of supervisory work and on everyday leadership.
