What does a graduate know? The dental hygienist programme focuses on promoting the oral health of clients/patients of all ages, on the development and prevention of dental and oral diseases, and on the early treatment of these diseases. During the studies, students develop health promotion skills, such as guiding clients, motivating them and involving them in lifestyle habits that maintain oral health.
