About the programme
In the Ohjausalan maisteriohjelma, you will examine development as a guidance counsellor, the operating environments of guidance, its approaches and methods, and its societal and cultural foundations. In the process of growing into a guidance counsellor, new perspectives are provided by periods of on-the-job learning, joint sharing and inquiry, and theories of guidance. You will find a foundation for your guidance work and your identity as a guidance counsellor that is truly your own.
