An osteopath is an expert in encountering people and in examining and treating functional disorders and pain conditions of the body, whose aim is the promotion of health and well-being. In their work, the osteopath uses their osteopathic and medical expertise in making a diagnosis and takes into account the functioning of the body as a whole in individually planned manual treatment.
